A well-run mail center has control over outgoing courier packages and letters. The supervisor is concerned mainly with costs of expedited deliveries and tracking shipments. The Deluxe Sort and Manifest Station, an organized outgoing mail center, includes a freestanding worktable for inserting, mailing, or labeling machines. Machines can also be stored on its bottom shelf when not in use.

The large bin system on the left is used to separate mail by courier and delivery type. The 20 Pocket Corner Module (corner) and 60 Pocket Modular Station (right) hold literature and various envelopes for packing. Risers elevate the bins which provides room to tape, label and prepare packages for shipping.

The 12 Vertical Pocket Manifest Station (rightmost) is the ideal place for the supervisor to oversee the operation while working at a computer. The 22" high riser provides space for a monitor and keyboard. Sensitive materials like courier envelopes, shipping labels, and account numbers can be stored in the bins at the supervisor's station. The sort rack is then used to separate approved mail.
