This Deluxe 132 Pocket Sorting System can be utilized for incoming or outgoing mail.

INCOMING SYSTEM
The dump table works as a preliminary sort station for incoming mail. Here, the misorts and junk mail are weeded out. The mail then moves to the table with riser or the Reading Station. The mail is sorted and date stamped. Expedited packages are identified and placed into bins. The mail is then final sorted in the 72, 24, and 48 pocket sorters. The sort table can be used as a manifest station for notifying departments of the receipt of important packages or mail.

OUTGOING SYSTEM
As an outgoing mail station, start at the furthest left module for weighing and metering parcels or for expedited services for UPS or FedEx. The sorters are then used to split up the outgoing mail. The Reading Station becomes a labeling and folding station for outgoing mailers, and the bins and shelf store necessary mail supplies. Use the dump table as a traying station. Store the hand strapping materials and supplies like mail bags, scales, and trays on the lower shelf behind the sliding doors.
