Postal Products will gladly send free a catalog to all registered customers upon request. Refer to our Catalog Request page.
Online payment:We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Some products can ship C.O.D.; or call ahead for shipping charges and then prepay your order.
We also provide the Fax Order Form, which may be printed and faxed directly to us.
All products ship F.O.B. Factory at the customer's expense unless otherwise quoted. Our preferred method of shipping is via USPS. Certain products will need to ship by common carrier and we will choose the best way unless otherwise requested. Specific shipment dates cannot be guaranteed, due to possible material shortages, accidents, strikes, governmental regulations and other factors and conditions beyond our control. We reserve the right to hold shipment of all open orders to customers whose account is past due.
Because many of our items require a manual shipping calculation, at this point you will have an option to request the shipping quote prior to charging your credit card; or you may choose to process your order as long as shipping charges do not exceed 10% of your invoice total. All orders requiring freight or common carrier delivery charges will be quoted by our Customer Service Department before processing. Orders are processed the next business day.
Postal Products Unlimited specializes in meeting your custom requirements. Our highly trained staff is here to help you with your needs. In order to insure the best prices, each quote request is carefully reviewed. For this reason, quotation preparation may require up to 48 hours. Acceptance of a quotation is our indication that the quote has been approved per the specifications listed. Postal Products Unlimited will not be held responsible for any discrepancies overlooked during the customers' review process.
Online registration takes few minutes, and customers will immediately be ready to place orders. However, there is no obligation to buy. As stated in our Policy & Security, we will not release personally identifiable information about our customers, at any time, through any means, to any vendors, or other third parties without your expressly written permission. To register, a customer must have a valid email address, which will become the account username. Customers with an account may request a free catalog.

Order Status/Account History
Postal Products Account-Order Status page allows customers to check their current order status, as well as view history of all orders placed on our site.
When an account is created, customers are automatically added to our newsletter and special promotions subscription list. Customers may change their subscription status at any time by accessing our Email Specials page.
All orders considered firm orders and cannot be canceled without our approval. All returns and cancellations must be authorized in advance and are subject to round trip shipping charges and restock fees. Materials being returned must be in saleable condition and should be insured. Customers are responsible for all materials invoiced. Postal Products Unlimited, a division of ICM Corporation, Inc., issues cancellation numbers to our customers. If you need to cancel an order, call customer service at 1-800-229-4500 and obtain your cancellation number. If product has shipped, or a custom order is in process we may not be able to fulfill your request.
Please inspect merchandise immediately upon delivery and report any damage. Damaged or lost merchandise claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of goods. Once the product leaves any of our warehouses it becomes the property of the customer.
Please follow these steps when receiving products:
1. Check your counts. If you are short a package, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt.
2. Give a detailed inspection for damage. If the carton even appears to have damage anywhere, make sure you open and inspect your goods thoroughly. If there is damage, note it on the delivery receipt and call customer service immediately. Please note damage on the delivery receipt but do not refuse the shipment.
Custom items cannot be cancelled or returned. Call Postal Products Unlimited, Inc. for a Return Authorization Number. Returned products without authorization may be refused or not credited. Returns and Cancellations must be authorized in advanced and are subject to shipping charges and repacking/inspection fees. Materials being returned MUST be in saleable condition and should be insured and sent with a tracking number since you are responsible for all materials invoiced. Notify Postal Products Unlimited, Inc. within 30 days of shipment or return will not be processed. Please include a copy or the original packing list with your return.
