These 34-door 1600 series horizontal mailbox units were developed for use in large, private installations not serviced by the USPS, including military bases, universities, and office buildings.

The compartment size, which is smaller than USPS regulations, is convenient when wall space is limited sinec more mailboxes can fit into each module. These secure private distribution 1600 mailboxes do meet all other USPS regulations.

All tenant compartments measure 4" x 5" with a 5-pin cam lock, two keys, and a plastic number slot for tenant identification. Please note that one door will be used as a master door and therefore cannot be used for a tenant. However, this door can still be used as an outgoing mail slot or office dropbox upon request.
